1. Agreement

By accessing TRingTel at tringtel.com, My Account at my.tringtel.com, or by using the TRingTel mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

2. About TRingTel

TRingTel is a business communications platform operated by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. TRingTel by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. TRingTel is not a licensed mobile carrier. Services may be delivered with the help of technology and network partners and are subject to availability, coverage, and fair-use rules.

3. Services covered

These terms cover:

• The marketing website and informational content
• My Account (authentication, billing views, Travel eSIM checkout)
• Travel eSIM data plans purchased through TRingTel
• The TRingTel mobile application (features available in your app version)
• Business phone / softphone calling where those features are enabled for your account

4. Travel eSIM

• Travel eSIM plans are prepaid data-only products for compatible devices. They provide mobile internet abroad and do not include a phone number for calls or SMS. Coverage, networks, speeds, and fair use depend on the destination package you select.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is processed by our payment processor. An order becomes fulfilled when payment succeeds and the eSIM profile / QR (or equivalent) is issued.
• Activation and device compatibility are your responsibility. Refunds after a profile has been issued may be limited by service policy and Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded.
• You must not resell profiles in breach of these terms or use services for unlawful activity.

5. Mobile app & business calling

The TRingTel mobile app may offer Travel eSIM and, when enabled, softphone / business calling features. App releases may expose a subset of products while others remain available via the website and My Account. Where calling is enabled, call quality depends on network conditions. You are responsible for lawful use of the app and for keeping account credentials secure.

6. Services not yet available

Some products described on the website — including Australian business mobile lines, NBN / business internet, SMS messaging, AI receptionist, and certain network integrations — may be marked as coming soon or in development. Registering interest does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability or pricing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TRingTel for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or placing orders
• Abuse payment, eSIM, or messaging systems (fraud, spam, or resale where prohibited)

8. Intellectual property

Content on our websites and in our apps — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Disclaimer

Information on the marketing website is provided for general purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, coverage maps, or suitability for a particular purpose beyond what we expressly state at purchase. Future features described as planned may change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the marketing website, My Account, Travel eSIM connectivity outside our reasonable control, or the mobile app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Links to third parties

Our services may link to or rely on external systems (for example payment and hosting). We are not responsible for their independent content or privacy practices beyond our agreements with them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for ongoing use. Material changes affecting paid services may also be notified by email where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
